The Work We’ve Done This Year
In the last year, Spirit Fruit Root deepened its work supporting women through motherhood with holistic care, education, and community spaces that reflect real life.
Through The ClassWomb and Spirit Fruit Root offerings, we served women across LA County with a blend of traditional medicine, nervous system regulation tools, and practical support that women can actually use at home.
This work has looked like guided group sessions, thoughtfully curated gatherings, and a curriculum designed to strengthen women from the inside out—mind, body, and spirit—so families can thrive.

The ClassWomb is a six-month, community-centered experience created to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition into motherhood. Rooted in holistic medicine and practical education, the program brings together emotional wellness, nervous system regulation, natural health tools, and meaningful connection.
The next cohort of The ClassWomb is planned for 2026.

"I love the [Spirit Fruit Root] oil, it’s a great addition to my skin care regimen. I use it as a pre wash oil with my scrubs, as a gua sha lubricant, as a nighttime treatment when my skin is extra thirsty... it is a multipurpose miracle oil!"

Supporting Mamas-to-be & New Mamas
My mission is to support women on their unique journeys through motherhood and beyond. I’m deeply passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, finding strength, calm, and balance from within. With experience in acupuncture, herbal medicine, and holistic health practices, I offer a nurturing, compassionate approach that addresses the mind, body, and spirit. My work is grounded in the belief that when a woman heals, her family and community benefit deeply. At SFR, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a safe, empowering space for women to release what no longer serves them and to cultivate health, resilience, and joy for generations to come.
